ATHLETE KITCHEN

Get the details before you order.

Find answers about the food, available offers, delivery, and account controls.

Are these meal kits?

No. Athlete Kitchen sends fully cooked, chef-prepared meals that you keep refrigerated and reheat, not kits you cook from raw ingredients. Chef Yasmeen leads the cooking and packing in the Livermore, California kitchen. Follow the storage, use-by and reheating instructions supplied with your order and printed on each meal’s box.

What is First Fuel Week?

First Fuel Week is Athlete Kitchen’s one-time introduction: five chef-prepared meals for $99, plus the delivery charge for your address. It starts no subscription and renews nothing. All five meals arrive together in one planned delivery on Monday, November 2, 2026, between 8 and 11 AM Pacific, once your delivery address is reviewed.

Does First Fuel Week arrive twice?

No. All five First Fuel Week meals arrive together in one planned delivery on Monday, November 2, 2026, between 8 and 11 AM Pacific, with a single delivery charge for your address. Two deliveries each week, Monday and Thursday, belong to the planned weekly subscriptions, which are a separate step and are not released yet.

Can I subscribe to a weekly plan today?

No. Weekly subscription checkout is not released, so nothing recurring can be bought today. First Fuel Week — $99 for five meals, one-time — is the offer at launch. Training Fuel 10 at $169 a week and Performance System 15 at $269 a week are planned; joining the subscription waitlist starts no payment.

Can I order Race Week Fuel?

Not yet. Race Week Fuel, the structured menu for the days before an event, is waitlist-only at launch while race-week operations are validated, and its published figure starts from $199 as a one-time purchase. Register on the Race Week waitlist; that registers no event date, no order and no payment.

When does the weekly menu publish and lock?

Under the planned weekly rhythm each menu publishes on Wednesday at 9 AM Pacific, meal swaps stay open from Wednesday to Friday, and selections lock on Friday at 6 PM Pacific, ahead of Monday and Thursday deliveries. This cadence belongs to the weekly subscriptions, which are not released, so nothing is scheduled today.

Can I see ingredients and nutrition before paying?

Yes. Full ingredients, declared allergens, serving size and complete nutrition for each First Fuel Week meal will be available before purchase and printed on your meal’s box. The figures cover the whole serving, including supplied sauces and dressings. Email support@athletekitchen.fit if you need help reading the information for a particular meal.

Are sauces included in the nutrition?

Yes. Athlete Kitchen’s meal nutrition includes the sauces and dressings supplied with your meal, not only the base of the bowl, and the ingredient and declared allergen information covers every supplied component as well. Read the information published for the exact meal you choose before ordering, then check the label supplied in your box.

What do heavy, moderate, and recovery mean?

They are the training-day categories Athlete Kitchen builds meals around: heavier training days, moderate days, and recovery days. The category describes how a meal is portioned for the rhythm of a training week rather than a personal prescription. Check each meal’s own nutrition information, published before purchase, to choose what suits your week.

Can I choose a larger portion?

Not in First Fuel Week. Its five meals come in fixed portions, and serving size with complete nutrition will be available before purchase and printed on each box. The planned weekly plans differ by meal count rather than portion size: Training Fuel 10 is ten meals a week and Performance System 15 is fifteen.

Do you deliver to my ZIP code?

Enter your ZIP code on the delivery page to start the eligibility check. Athlete Kitchen serves a reviewed ZIP and city list in California’s Tri-Valley, and your exact delivery address settles which charge band applies before you pay. An address more than 22 miles from the Livermore kitchen cannot be accepted at signup.

Do you deliver nationwide?

No. Athlete Kitchen is starting in California’s Tri-Valley — Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon and nearby areas within 22 miles of the Livermore kitchen. There is no nationwide shipping, and meals are not sent by courier outside that area. Join the waitlist with your ZIP code to register interest in future service.

Is delivery included in the meal price?

No. The $99 covers five First Fuel Week meals; the charge for delivering them depends on your address and is shown before payment. Zone A, under 6 miles from the kitchen, carries no charge. Zone B, 6 to under 14 miles, is $7 per delivery. Zone C, 14 to 22 miles, is $12 per delivery.

Do you use seed oils?

We do not use seed oils. Athlete Kitchen’s meals are cooked without them in the Livermore kitchen, and the full ingredient list for each meal will be available before purchase and printed on the box, so you can check every component, including supplied sauces and dressings. Email support@athletekitchen.fit with an ingredient question.

Do you cook in aluminum?

No. We cook exclusively in stainless-steel cookware in the Livermore, California kitchen, where Chef Yasmeen leads food preparation for Athlete Kitchen. Ingredient lists, declared allergens and nutrition for each meal will be available before purchase and printed on your box. Email support@athletekitchen.fit if you have a question about kitchen practice.

Where are the meals cooked?

Athlete Kitchen’s meals are cooked at the TriValley Performance Kitchen facility in Livermore, California, where Chef Yasmeen leads culinary development and food preparation. Cooking is done in stainless-steel cookware and without seed oils. Standard delivery reaches addresses within 22 miles of that kitchen.

Can you help with my nutrition goals?

Athlete Kitchen’s team answers questions about meal choices, ingredients and the information supplied with each dish — email support@athletekitchen.fit. Meals are built around heavy, moderate, recovery and race-week needs, with macro information on every label. For individualized nutrition or training advice, consult your own qualified professional; this is not clinical advice.

Do I need a health questionnaire to order?

No. Ordering from Athlete Kitchen does not require a medical-history assessment or a food log. You complete the requirements shown for your purchase, including the allergen declaration, before the kitchen prepares your meals. Sign in after payment to review your order and finish that declaration by the deadline stated for your delivery.

Is the service suitable for my allergy?

Athlete Kitchen declares the allergens present in each recipe as cooked, taken from the chef-signed allergen table. A meal with nothing declared is not a cross-contact statement: meals are made in a shared kitchen where cross-contact is possible. Review the ingredients and declared allergens for your exact meal, then email support@athletekitchen.fit before ordering.

What happens when a release is full?

You can join the next-opening list. Athlete Kitchen cooks a limited number of meals each week, so a release can close before you order. Joining the list starts no payment and holds no production capacity; a start date follows separately once capacity and delivery eligibility for your address have been established.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel?

First Fuel Week is a one-time purchase, so there is no recurring plan to cancel. The published cancellation and refund policy sets out the cancellation window and refund terms for your order; read it before buying and contact support@athletekitchen.fit if you need help applying it. Skip and pause controls belong to the weekly subscriptions, which are not released yet.

What should I do if a delivery is damaged or its condition concerns me?

Contact Athlete Kitchen promptly at support@athletekitchen.fit and follow the food-handling instructions supplied with your order rather than judging by appearance. Keep the box and the meal labels so the batch can be identified. The published cancellation and refund policy sets out the refund or replacement terms that then apply.

Do you offer workplace or team programs?

Yes. Athlete Kitchen arranges workplace, team and club programs by proposal rather than from a public price list. Tell us your organization, location, meal volume and preferred start, and we will discuss availability and put together a proposal for your actual requirements. Register program interest on the business pages to begin.

Are corporate prices the same as consumer plan prices?

No. A business proposal sets pricing and terms for its actual volume, delivery pattern and service arrangements. The consumer figures — $99 once for First Fuel Week, $169 a week for the planned Training Fuel 10, $269 a week for the planned Performance System 15 — are not an automatic wholesale or corporate quote. Register program interest for a proposal.

Can our gym resell meals?

Only under an agreed arrangement. Athlete Kitchen confirms authorization, commercial terms, food-handling responsibilities, labeling and inventory ownership before any resale program begins, because every meal stays subject to the kitchen’s labeling and food-safety obligations. Register program interest with your location and expected weekly volume so we can discuss what is workable.

Are you WBENC-certified?

Email support@athletekitchen.fit for current certification information and procurement documents. Athlete Kitchen is a women-owned athlete-meal platform, and this page does not state the status of any certification application. Procurement teams can request the business and food-safety documentation they need for a supplier file, including details for the Livermore kitchen.

Can you provide white-label meals or corporate gifts?

Register your requirements and Athlete Kitchen will assess feasibility. Branding, volumes, recipient coverage, payment and delivery arrangements are agreed before an offer is confirmed, and gift deliveries stay inside the reviewed Tri-Valley delivery area. Use the business inquiry page with your location, volume and preferred timing to start that conversation.

Still have a question?

Contact Athlete Kitchen about an order, published meal information or a business program. Email support@athletekitchen.fit and include your delivery ZIP code and, if you have ordered, your order reference. For an allergy question, write before ordering so the ingredient and declared allergen information for your meal can be checked with you.
