ATHLETE KITCHEN

Ingredients and allergens deserve a clear answer.

Read the full ingredient and allergen information for each meal. Ingredient preferences and kitchen cross-contact practices are different questions.

Read the meal information.

Full ingredients, declared allergens and nutrition will be available before purchase and on each meal’s box. Review every component, including sauces and dressings.

Kitchen practices and cross-contact.

Shared-kitchen cross-contact is possible. Contact support about your specific allergy before ordering; a preference filter or declaration does not confirm suitability.

Your required declaration.

Complete the declaration required for your order by the stated deadline. Contact support if you need help understanding the process or published ingredient information.

Changes and questions.

Have an ingredient or substitution question? Speak with us before ordering.

What does it mean when a meal declares no allergen?

It means the recipe as cooked includes no ingredient from the declared allergen list recorded for that meal. It is not a statement about cross-contact. Athlete Kitchen’s meals are prepared in a shared kitchen where cross-contact is possible, so email support@athletekitchen.fit with your specific allergy before ordering rather than reading an empty line as reassurance.
