ATHLETE KITCHEN

Organize the food around a defined training block.

Start with the training schedule, participants, delivery locations, and the meals people actually want. A clear program separates menu choices from individual nutrition advice and establishes ordering and support responsibilities.

Program dates

Define the training block and the dates on which meals are needed. A proposed program depends on confirmed coverage and capacity.

Actual menu specifications

Give participants and responsible professionals the real nutrition, ingredient, and portion information. Menu choices do not constitute individual clinical advice.

Individual/group purchasing

Agree whether participants buy individually or the organization purchases a group order. Confirm any pricing and referral terms in advance.

Receiving or home delivery

Identify the supported delivery arrangement and who will receive and handle the meals. Do not assume a club venue is an approved pickup point.

Changes and support

Establish deadlines and a clear route for participant questions, order changes, and delivery issues.

Participation and repeat orders

Review actual orders, meal feedback, and interest in continuing. A successful training block needs evidence that the arrangement works for its participants.
